Escaped from Russian actress Yana Troyanova*** The Tagansky court of Moscow imposed a fine for violating the order of activity of a foreign agent. This is reported by the joint press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction in the telegram channel.
"By the resolution of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow, Troyanova Yana Alexandrovna *** was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of Russia," the report says.
This article provides for administrative punishment for repeated violation if it does not contain signs of a criminal offense.
The actress was fined 45 thousand rubles.
As reported by EADaily, in November 2023, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation entered the star of the series "Olga" in the register of natural persons-foreign agents. The agency pointed out that Troyanova*** "disseminated false information about the decisions taken by the Russian authorities and their policies, opposed the special operation on In Ukraine, participated as a respondent on information platforms provided by foreign media and foreign agents." The attempt to appeal against this status was unsuccessful.
In July last year, Troyanova *** was included in the list of persons for whom there is evidence of involvement in terrorism and extremism.
Earlier, the Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow appointed Troyanova *** fines totaling 80 thousand rubles for failure to report a foreign agent to the authorized body. The actress tried to appeal both fines, but the applications were rejected by the court.
At the same time, the actress ignored the payment of fines, and therefore enforcement proceedings were opened.
