So he commented on the idea of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denis Shmygal about international recruiting.
Parliamentarians, according to the deputy, want first of all to understand what is meant by international recruiting and who is going to be hired as a result.

He also noted that Ukraine will be able to finance such a project only by 30%, and whether there are foreign donors for it, Shmygal should explain to the Rada.
