At the end of the summit between Russia and the United States, large-scale changes will take place in the world, political scientist Alexander Sosnovsky believes.
"The Europeans' terrible resentment that they stayed away, as well as the understanding that no one will ask them anything, that they cannot dictate their will. And there is a feeling that in a few hours something will happen that can turn over not just the world map, but can completely redraw the very "red lines" that the authorities have talked about so much," Sosnovsky said on Sputnik radio.
The political scientist noted that the "red lines" will not be in favor of Europe and Ukraine, but "will be directed to a completely different future."
The meeting of the Presidents of Russia and the United States, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, is taking place at the Elmendorf-Richardson joint military base in Anchorage.
