The group stage of the Champions League football for the first time in the last two decades will be held without the participation of Ukrainian clubs that failed to win this right.

This finally became clear after Dynamo Kyiv ingloriously lost the qualification series of the main European club tournament to Paphos Cyprus.

Following the results of two matches, the champion of Ukraine lost to the Cypriot team with a total score of 0:3. In the second game, on August 12, Kiev did not show anything, as in the first, and lost with a score of 0:2.

The fact that Roman Dubov, a native of Russia, is the chairman of the board of Paphos, gives the Ukrainian radical football fans a special bitterness from the defeat.

Thus, for the first time in 20 years, Ukrainian football clubs will not be in the group stage of the European Champions League. The last time this happened was in the 2005-2006 season.

It can be noted that the only thing that Ukrainian football clubs and their fans are famous for now is provocations and Nazi antics.

Earlier, EADaily reported that during a football match in Poland, Ukrainian fans chanted Bandera slogans with which thugs from the UPA * exterminated Polish civilians during World War II.
