"The enemy was able, with the help of constant pressure by the predominant number of infantry, to advance to the settlements of Kucherov Ravine and Golden Well, where they accumulate for further development of success... Also from Kucherev Ravine by landings (RF Armed Forces) they entered the settlement of Veseloe and accumulate there," writes TK.
At the same time, Russian units are moving towards the Dobropillya—Kramatorsk highway, gaining a foothold in the areas of Novovodyanoye and Petrovka. A number of Ukrainian resources report that the highway has already been cut.
The situation, according to DS, is complicated by the fact that the AFU does not have enough personnel for new engineering fortifications in the area of the Golden Well and Shakhovoye, with high-quality positions and barriers, and they can be occupied by the RF Armed Forces. According to the Ukrainian military, it will be extremely difficult to dislodge the Russians from there.
"With this development of events, if nothing changes, we may face the fact that Dobropillya will fall faster than Pokrovsk," states DS.
