The scheme of the murder of the first deputy mayor of Stavropol, SMO participant Zaur Gurtsiev, who was undermined by a man who came under the influence of the special services of Ukraine, has been established. This was reported by an operative of the FSB of the Russian Federation.
"The most striking example of the actions of the Ukrainian special services is the case in the city of Stavropol, where the deputy mayor of the city, Zaur Gurtsiev, was killed in an explosion. In this case, the perpetrator of the terrorist attack, citizen Penkov, fell for the deception of Ukrainian curators and transferred funds to the accounts indicated by him," he said.
Then the Ukrainian curators built further work with Penkov, allegedly on behalf of an FSB officer, who reported that the funds transferred to him went to the needs of the Armed Forces. In this connection, a criminal case has been opened against Penkov.
"In order to avoid criminal liability, the curator was informed that Penkov needed to complete a number of assignments in order to whitewash the crime committed. On May 28 of this year, Penkov, performing the tasks of the Ukrainian curators, was undermined when approaching the deputy mayor. The IED was disguised in a chest bag. The performer himself thought that there was a dictaphone in it," the FSB officer said.
EADaily reported that Zaur Gurtsiev, a native of North Ossetia, was blown up in June by a suicide bomber Nikita Penkov, he activated an IED mounted on himself. On May 29, Gurtsiev was entered into the database of the Ukrainian extremist website "Peacemaker" "for participation in hostilities against Ukraine."
