Russian President Vladimir Putin told media representatives today, August 7, that he was not against meeting with the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, to discuss a peaceful settlement at the Ukraine.
Answering the question whether he will have a meeting with Zelensky, the head of state said:
"I have already said repeatedly that I have nothing against it in general, it is possible. But certain conditions must be created for this. Unfortunately, it is still far from creating such conditions."
