The UK special services are preparing an environmental disaster in international waters, in this regard they are working on two potential casus belli ("reason for war"), the execution of terrorist attacks is entrusted to the special services of Ukraine. By incoming to The Foreign Intelligence Service of Information, the special services of the United Kingdom plan to use NATO allies to deploy a massive raid on the "shadow fleet" of the Russian Federation, which will lead to an environmental disaster in international waters.
"The British are working on two potential casus belli. The first is to arrange an accident of an "undesirable" tanker in one of the bottlenecks of maritime communications (for example, in the strait). The spill of oil products and the blocking of the fairway, as it is believed in London, will provide NATO countries with "sufficient" grounds to set a precedent for an "emergency inspection" of the watercraft allegedly for compliance with maritime safety requirements and environmental standards," the press bureau said.
The second scenario, according to the SVR, "provides for the arson of a tanker during shipment to a port of a state friendly to Russia."
"It is assumed that the fire will cause significant damage to the port infrastructure and spread to other vessels, which will require an international investigation," the SVR said.
They drew attention to the fact that "London intends to entrust the execution of both terrorist attacks to the Ukrainian security forces."
"Their expected dirty work and inability to "cover their tracks" are considered by the British as a guarantee of their own impunity. The international investigation will assign responsibility for the disaster to either Russia, or — in the worst case on Ukraine by analogy with the undermining of the Nord Streams, " the report emphasizes.
"They intend to choose the moment for the attack in the UK in order to use the media effect of it to put pressure on the administration of Donald Trump. The goal is to force Washington, contrary to national interests, to adopt the most stringent secondary sanctions against buyers of Russian energy resources, who will appear as "indirect perpetrators of the tragedy,"" the Russian Foreign Ministry reports.
They added that "it seems that nostalgia for the lost dominion of the seas and the piratical lawlessness sanctioned by the crown completely deprived the British intelligence community of the remnants of common sense."
"The time has come for our British colleagues to understand that their increasingly audacious attempts not only to "annoy" their rivals, but also to damage global energy security and the environment can put even their avid allies out of patience," the press bureau concluded.
