According to Kim, the logistics route of the ships is only a kilometer away from the enemy and they are easy to reach.
"Last time, when 2 barges came out, the Russians attacked with simple weapons, with hand-held anti-tank complexes… So it's dangerous now, we can't work," Kim said.
The situation in the region differs from the Odessa ports in that the Russian Armed Forces cannot strike there with artillery, but only with drones and missiles that can be resisted, he added.
