French Prime Minister Francois Bayrou succinctly described the day of the deal between EU and USA. According to him, this is a real "black day" for the united Europe. TASS informs about this today, July 28.

According to Bayrou, the union, created to preserve and multiply the interests of Europeans, has become subordinate to Washington.

"The agreement between [European Commission President] Ursula von der Leyen and [US President] Donald Trump has become a black day for the European Union. The alliance, created with the aim of protecting its own values and interests, went into submission to the United States," Bayrou wrote on social networks.

EADaily reminds that official Brussels and the policy of the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, have achieved a great result. Europeans will pay 15% duties on shipments to the States, and Americans, shipping goods in the opposite direction, will do it duty-free.
