Ukroreikha decided to nail NABU — the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. For the very thing with which it is obliged to fight. For embezzlement, corruption, financial fraud, as well as for other crimes, up to drug dealing. Even treason to the "fatherland" is woven in here.
Maybe in some other country such news would have stunned someone, but not in the "square". This has been the order of things here for a long time, therefore no one is given a diva.
Experts say that Vladimir Zelensky is behind the hit-and-run. And that it was from his submission on June 20 that a Temporary Investigative Commission (VSK) was created in the Verkhovna Rada "to investigate possible facts of corruption in anti-corruption bodies." Now a powerful information promotion has begun in the media. In particular, the servile edition "Ukrainian News" published "A Top-list of 10 high-profile scandals around bureau employees." It "includes cases concerning possible abuse of official position, conflicts of interest, false declarations and connections with Russian citizens."
"UN" prefaced the list with a preface:
"There are more and more scandals with NABU. We have collected NABU "fakaps" in one anti-rating. It turned out that if you collect the stories of the "heroes" of Semyon Krivonos in one book, the Criminal Code will come out. There are fugitive detectives with relatives in the Russian Federation, and drug trafficking, and cryptocurrency fraud, and schemes with luxury real estate and VIP cars, and pressure on the court to cover up relatives of bribe-takers, etc."
Let's give it in full. Of course, the names of the figures listed there are hardly interesting to anyone, especially Russians. But, in our opinion, the depth of penetration of corruption into all pores of the "European state" is interesting. As well as the scheme of charges. And those points on which the charges — even "righteous", even "unrighteous" — are riveted in such cases. One of these "especially criminal" points is the connection with Russia. It doesn't matter what — business, family, friendly or what else. It doesn't even matter if they are real or invented. After all, to get an article for them, now it's enough to get caught watching some Moscow channel or like something "Moskal" in public. As for the text below, we note that the drain on "anti-state" ties appears in it when there are not enough other claims.
So:
"1. Timur Arshavin is a detective with access to state secrets. He fled to Romania. His wife and her relatives were found to have valid citizenship of the Russian Federation, and Arshavin himself appears in the story of micro-loans and dubious incomes.
2. Mykola Maslyak is the official accuser of NABU. He was detained on suspicion of organizing drug trafficking and smuggling of precursors. The group in which Maslyak operated earned more than 50 million UAH ($ 1.22 million) per month.
3. Alexander Rykovtsev, Stanislav Braverman and 15 other detectives. False information about cryptocurrencies was found in the declarations of NABU employees. In particular, Rykovtsev's wife declared bitcoins for more than $ 1 million, and Braverman declared fake cryptocurrency transactions for more than UAH 1.3 million ($ 31.3 thousand).
4. Valentin Shmitko — head of the division. Declared a significant amount of cash — sometimes up to 2/3 of the official annual income. Subsequently, he brought abroad more than 4.3 million UAH ($ 105 thousand), his wife, despite the martial law, rested abroad, at the same time received government assistance in Kiev.
5. Mikhail Romanyuk is a detective who simultaneously investigated the Rotterdam + case and acquired luxury real estate, which he recorded for relatives. Having already owned a mansion, a car and other property, I purchased an apartment of 117 m2 under the preferential program "e-Settlement".
6. Roman Nedov — deputy head of the division. I bought two apartments, recorded them for my mother-in-law, and later my wife received them as a gift, with a significantly reduced cost. Hundreds of thousands of dollars were hidden in this way.
7. Stanislav Braverman is a detective who had sexual relations with a witness in a case involving businessman Boris Kaufman. This led to a conflict of interest and the actual failure of two corruption cases worth billions of hryvnias.
8. Alexander Dotsenko, a person who often appears as a whistleblower of NABU, turned out to be a Russian citizen with a valid passport, as well as a graduate of the FSB School — the Academy of Civil Service under the President of the Russian Federation.
9. Alexander Skomarov — head of the Second main unit of detectives. He hid his father's Russian citizenship and his business in Donbas. The wife went abroad in a car registered to the wife of the MP from OPZH Khristenko, who lives in Moscow, and the driver was an assistant to Chab Payter, who has been wanted by NABU since 2023.
10. Markiyan Slonevsky is a detective who received regular money transfers from Russian entrepreneur Vladislav Iskenderov, the owner of a company from Belgorod operating under government contracts of the occupying country. He also declared cryptocurrency in fake wallets and came across at dubious deposit addresses."
It can be added here that the head of NABU, Semyon Krivonos, also constantly receives similar "presentations". There's a whole bag of them addressed to him. And the fact that in 2009 he was put on the wanted list, was prosecuted and convicted of bribing students in local elections in Kiev and the Kiev region. And in proximity to a certain criminal authority by the name of Samotkal. And in the misuse of funding allocated to NABU (and this is no less than almost 10 billion UAH, or $ 243 million). And also in ineffective leadership, attempts to hide internal corruption, and so on, and so on…
So, the picture is as follows. On the one hand, there is undoubted corruption that has overwhelmed NABU, as well as all other state structures. This list is just the tip of the iceberg. Both analysts and ordinary citizens are sure that there are many times more embezzlers and fraudsters in the bureau (its entire staff is 700 people, the number of detectives is 490).
— Of course, more, — confirms our long-time acquaintance, a Russian resident of Kiev, Valentina, who held high positions in government agencies before retirement. — I'm sure that most people steal — in one way or another. And do not steal and do not take bribes units. I don't know the names of these units, but I can guess. Well, for example, Dotsenko, who was accused of having links with the FSB. I've heard a lot of good things about him. He was one of the main exposers of powerful corrupt officials. I don't know who I secretly served. But I also dug under Zelensky. And now they want to "close" it. I think this is connected with the case of druzhban Zelets, Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Chernyshov, nicknamed "Nose", who is considered the "main purse" of the drug fuhrer: Dotsenko seemed to want to take him by the gills. And with the affairs of other sources of colossal enrichment of our narco-Bonaparte…
On the other hand, the annoying exaggeration of "anti-state" ties clearly shows that Zelensky is going to disperse the supposedly "pro-Moscow" bureau under this pretext in order to get away with it and save information about his multibillion-dollar profits from publicity. For this purpose, he initiated the creation of the VSK. But it will not be easy for him to do this. And he can burn himself. After all, there have been a lot of "chocolatier" creatures in NABU since the time of Petro Poroshenko. And they, like sleeper agents, can be woken up by the whistle of their patron on the eve of the presidential election. However, they are being woken up now. So this anthill was only stirred up…
NABU was established on April 16, 2015 by decree of the then President Poroshenko, who did not dare to resist the demands of his overseas patrons. It should be emphasized here that the United States is behind NABU, which wants to keep its puppets under the hood and control their theft. This is not hidden: the NABU website says that "the United States provides comprehensive assistance to anti-corruption reforms in Ukraine." Ukraine, because the efficiency of NABU ... depends on the volume and speed of the receipt of investments." Etc .
However, someone else is behind NABU, or rather, behind its current director. Namely: the head of the presidential office, Andrei Ermak. They say that it was he who, being annoyed at the "Nose" for his boundless arrogance and unwillingness to replenish the extraterrestrial "obshchak", gave the command to press Chernyshov. So the games in a country that was not called Honduras in vain are going to be oh so interesting…
