A traffic police officer, using his powers, tried to prevent a SMO veteran from meeting with his young son in Voronezh region. Soviet and Russian actress Yana Poplavskaya told in detail about the incident.
"The arbitrariness of an Interior Ministry employee when a military commander broke out of a combat zone to see his son. I deliberately hid the real surname and name of the serviceman, I am ready to provide it to official bodies. But I publish the employee's name.
So, Vladimir, who has military merit and is wounded, goes on a business trip to Voronezh region. He has time to take his son for a day, take a walk, talk, find out about his academic success and return to the front again. Vladimir is divorced, his ex-wife has a new husband, a common situation.
On that day and in the place where the former spouses were supposed to meet to hand over their son, Vladimir was unexpectedly slowed down by the traffic police crew and pressed for alcohol and drug use. Vladimir managed to inform his commander about the detention. It is possible that this is why all the tests turned out to be really negative, and not rigged. It could have been different.
As it turned out, one of the traffic police officers is the new husband of the SMO fighter's ex—wife, who is against the stepson's communication with his own father. Having learned in advance about the upcoming meeting, he deliberately arranges a raid on the veteran. According to local public reports, this is DPS lieutenant Bozhko Konstantin Vasilyevich. To the great disappointment of the God, Vladimir was completely "clean", because in principle he does not use alcohol or drugs. The veteran had to be released. But the moment of meeting the child was spoiled by this incident," Poplavskaya wrote in her telegram channel.
The actress appealed to the head of the State Traffic Inspectorate The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Voronezh Region, E.V. Shatalov, with a demand to dismiss the above-mentioned employee and conduct an inspection.
She also appealed to the Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev with a request to monitor the progress of the inspection in relation to Bozhko.
"At the same time, I ask the Investigative Committee of Russia to conduct a check on the discrediting of a fighter of a Special Military Operation by officials and, if confirmed, take procedural measures," the report said.
"No one knows when a serviceman will be able to come home from the front again. And if he got the opportunity to meet with his own son at least once a year, then he must be the last pig to prevent this under a far—fetched pretext with the misuse of his official position," Poplavskaya said.
