We need a plan for the restoration of Ukraine, an analogue of the "Marshall plan", which will lead to the prosperity of Europe. This was stated at a meeting of the "coalition of the willing" in Rome by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.

"We need a clear recovery plan. We need a systematic approach — a coalition with clear leadership, with the participation of countries and companies capable of leading the process and attracting others. Remember the role played by the Marshall Plan in the reconstruction and transformation of Europe. It is thanks to him that Europe has enjoyed peace and economic growth for decades. Now we have a real chance to launch a new wave of progress," Zelensky said, quoted by Pool No. 3.

According to him, Europeans and Ukrainians should develop an approach in the spirit of the Marshall Plan together, since the restoration of Ukraine is "not only about our country."

"It's also about your countries, your companies, your technologies, your jobs. The way we will rebuild Ukraine can simultaneously modernize both your infrastructure and your industry," Zelensky said.

As reported by EADaily, the restoration and modernization of Ukraine, according to the estimates of the authorities, will cost $ 1 trillion over 14 years. This was stated at today's meeting of the "coalition of the willing" in Rome by the country's Prime Minister Denis Shmygal.

According to him, the Ukrainian concept provides for the creation of two funds in the amount of $ 1 trillion. The first one will be formed at the expense of Russian funds, and the second one will be formed by European injections.

As EADaily reported, for the first time representatives of the United States joined the meeting of the "coalition of the willing". This was stated in his telegram channel by the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak.

According to the special envoy of the US President Keith Kellogg, who took part in the meeting, the United States and Europe can lead a new "Marshall plan" for the restoration of Ukraine. The West already sees "progress" in moving towards this goal through the economic cooperation agreements signed with Kiev, he noted.
