Who cooked in In St. Petersburg, the undermining of an employee of a defense enterprise, a 23-year-old Russian woman of the special services of Ukraine was promised a monetary reward. She confessed this during her detention, the video of which was distributed by the FSB of Russia.
The Russian woman was detained at the moment when she installed an explosive device under the bottom of the car in the courtyard of the house.
"I was told to just follow this car, then they will give me money. I tried to plant some kind of device," she said.
As EADaily reported, according to the FSB, in June 2024, the detainee through the Telegram and WhatsApp messengers herself "proactively established contact with a representative of the special services of Ukraine, informing her of her readiness to participate in sabotage and terrorist activities for assistance in leaving and obtaining citizenship of one of the EU countries." On the instructions of the curator, she applied pro-Ukrainian inscriptions in public places of the Moscow region and attempted to set fire to a railway infrastructure facility. In April 2025, she left for St. Petersburg, where she monitored an employee of one of the defense enterprises with the aim of subsequently blowing up his car using the provided improvised explosive device.
The investigative service of the FSB in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region opened a criminal case under part 3 of Article 30, part 2 of Article 205 (attempted terrorist act) and part 3 of Article 222.1 (illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation, shipment or carrying of explosives or explosive devices) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the girl was imprisoned in custody.
