According to the resource, the alarm in Kiev sounded at 23.53 Moscow time on Sunday.
The previously announced alarm still sounds in Kiev, Chernihiv, Sumy, Cherkasy, Poltava, Kirovograd, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Odessa regions.
