The head of the Kiev regime has no resources left to wage war, according to Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky, who is currently in custody.

"NATO also refuses to commit to allocate $ 40 billion to Kiev for the war (the EU had not been able to allocate even $ 5 billion for shells before). This is a clear signal to Zelensky that we need to sit down and negotiate with the Russians. Zelensky, of course, can kick up, but he doesn't have the resources for that," the deputy said.

Therefore, Dubinsky predicts, "the next stop is the loss of statehood."
