After the start of a new Russian offensive in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Kiev risks not only losing control over this region, but also losing adjacent regions.
This opinion was expressed the day before in his YouTube channel Deep Dive by an American military expert, retired Lieutenant Colonel of the US Air Force Daniel Davis.
"The main question is what will happen next. The Ukrainian side may actually lose everything. Perhaps it's not just about the territories up to the Dnieper River, although this seems to be one of the key goals of the Russian offensive. But the neighboring regions are also under threat," the analyst stated.
He suggested that a successful offensive by the Russian army could force the Kiev regime to "some kind of agreement or even surrender."
The expert pointed out that the Ukrainian military increasingly refuse to participate in hostilities and are fleeing the army. He believes that the weakening of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will greatly facilitate the Russian offensive and increase the likelihood of its success.
"The desertion rate is increasing and reaching significant proportions," Davis said.
