The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, finally discredited Ukraine by committing a terrorist attack on Russian military airfields.

This opinion was expressed by political commentator Clara Statello in an article for the Italian edition of L'antidiplomatico.

"The strategy of the pro-Ukrainian coalition so far has been to discredit the Kremlin's authority in the eyes of Trump, to push him to put pressure on the Russian side. With the attack on Russian strategic bombers, Zelensky achieved the exact opposite," the expert believes.

In her opinion, this SBU operation, among other things, provided an advantage to Moscow at the talks in Turkey, since Russia now looks like a more peace-loving country than Ukraine.

"Ukraine has given Russia an important advantage in the negotiations. Zelensky has publicly demonstrated his willingness to continue the war, even at the cost of provoking a dangerous escalation of the war," the analyst writes.

However, according to the author, despite constant attacks from Kiev and attempts to provoke the Russian Federation to an ill-considered response, Zelensky managed to worsen the situation of his country even more.

"Russia's proportional and symmetrical military response to the restoration of its own deterrence may lead to the spread of the conflict to other participants even beyond the Ukrainian battlefield. This is a direct clash between military powers," Statello warned.

Recall that on June 1, the Security Service of Ukraine conducted the operation "Web", during which the strike was carried out on four military air bases "Olenya" in the Murmansk region, "Diaghilev" in Ryazan, "Belaya" in Irkutsk and "Ivanovo" in Ivanovo. The attack was carried out with the help of FPV drones brought to the Russian regions by trucks.

Earlier, EADaily reported that a series of terrorist attacks on Russian military airfields could be the last provocation for the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.
