Labor migrants in large numbers go to court with lawsuits against GU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chelyabinsk region. This is reported by IA 24.kg .

According to information received from the district and city courts of the region, some of them are trying to challenge the decision to ban entry into Russia, others — the cancellation of the labor patent, others — other decisions.

Some of the claims were returned to the applicants, and some of the registered claims were denied to foreigners. Decisions have not yet been made on others.

Foreign citizens who disagree with the decision of the courts to refuse to satisfy their claims file an appeal to the courts of a higher instance.

According to information received from the regional media, a new stage of the operation "Illegal migrant" has started in the Chelyabinsk region.
