As EADaily reported, Estonia is represented at this year's contest by rap artist Tommy Cash (Thomas Tammemets) with the song Espresso macchiato.
Earlier, the Italian Consumer Protection Association Codacons sent a complaint to the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) demanding that the Estonian song Espresso macchiato be excluded from the list of participants in the Eurovision 2025 international song contest. The organization believes that "they cannot but express doubts about the expediency of allowing a song that is offensive to many people to participate in the contest, which is being watched by the public all over the world."
The track caused numerous indignant reactions of citizens and the media regarding its content.
Ukraine is represented by the band Ziferblat with the song Bird of Prayer. Earlier, bookmakers predicted that Ukraine could be eliminated from among the leaders of the competition.
