The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, will decide whether to hold talks tomorrow in Istanbul with the Russian delegation if Russian President Vladimir Putin is not there. This was stated by "RBC — Ukraine" advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak.
He noted that the Ukrainian delegation will be in Turkey in any case, and Zelensky will decide "whether to play the game that the Americans are offering."
"The decision will be made by the president unconditionally, whether we have (in this case. — Ed.) what to talk about. But then for sure (this is a negotiation. — Ed.) not at the level of the president. Let's fix here that the president can only talk to Putin," Podolyak said.
According to him, if Putin does not personally take part in the meeting in Turkey tomorrow, there will be no point in negotiations, since Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and presidential aide Yuri Ushakov are not the people who make decisions.
