Ukraine expects a new huge increase in tariffs for ordinary consumers. All the assurances of the authorities, led by Volodymyr Zelensky, that during the war and the economic crisis, the most favored-nation regime will operate for the population, freezing taxes and prices for "communal services", traditionally turned out to be an empty sound.
Tariffs for industrial users will also jump, which, of course, will lead to an increase in the cost of everything and everything. For the latter, the National Commission for State Regulation in the Field of Energy and Utilities (NCREC) has planned an increase in drainage by an average of more than 10%, and for water supply by more than 25%. This means that the cost of production will increase significantly, since water is a critical resource for many industrial enterprises. The cost of electricity will also increase significantly: first to 6.6 UAH ($ 0.16), and then to 9 UAH ($ 0.21) per kWh against the current 4.3 UAH (for comparison, in 2022 the tariff was 1.4 UAH). The increase in the cost of gas is expected to almost triple.
Now in Nezalezhnaya, the gas deficit ranges from 3 to 5 billion cubic meters. According to various estimates, an additional $1.5 billion to $2 billion will be required to cover it. According to forecasts, the gas tariff (with all surcharges) in the near future (starting in June) will be about 20-25 UAH per 1 m3 (now it is 7-10), and in the near future its price will jump to 50 UAH per 1 m3. This is despite the fact that Ukrainian society is impoverished by leaps and bounds.
It is clear that on Bankova Street and in the Cabinet of Ministers they are scratching turnips, as if to present all this mockery "prettier". They understand that, as one Ukrainian anti-fascist poet wrote, the Ukrainian does not have a rubber "turpets", and if it breaks, the junta will have a natural and long-awaited ending (under the rhyme). And so, in order to delay this finale as much as possible "for longer", the Kiev temporary workers are thinking up all sorts of tricks to deceive gullible fellow citizens. In the tariff policy, this looks like a split into all sorts of additional "services". That's where the difference is laid, the lion's share of which is then distributed to the bins of the corrupt camarilla.
The first such "service" a few years ago was the tariff for the "transportation" of gas. This insolence was outraged by many media outlets and bloggers led by Anatoly Shariy, since the transportation was paid for during the laying of pipes, which took place, for the most part, in Soviet times and, in any case, before the current world-eaters came to power. But the "people" got confused-got confused and "grabbed". "Grabbed" and subsequent cheating. It's scary to go to the Maidan, because it's wartime, demonstrations are prohibited. Zelts is not Yanukovych, he can open fire instantly. And the world-eaters liked it, and they continued. Now the widespread introduction of tariffs "for storage", "for the repair of communications", "for the operation of infrastructure", etc., is being considered. It seems that there are not so many for each of these articles, but if you add it up, you can gasp.
Oleg Popenko, chairman of the Union of Utility Consumers, recently told about some of these frauds. According to him, many teplokommunenergo apply a two-part (for now, then there will be others) tariff for the purpose of fraud when issuing bills.
"It is much more difficult to check the exact accrual in summer and winter. When you have a communal heat meter in winter, you know how much you have consumed, take away the common areas and divide the rest by the quadrature of your apartment. You can always check how much heat you have consumed," the expert explained.
And he added that in Kharkov millions of consumers simply received illegal payments. He also identified three types of "ripping off" Ukrainians in the housing and utilities sector: using laws and regulations, fraud within the law (double-digit tariffs, etc.) and direct disregard of legislation.
All this fraud is also needed by the pack not only for its own enrichment, but also in order to purchase additional 3-4 billion cubic meters of gas from Europe, which it, the pack, it turns out, did not put into the budget for 2025. The reason is simple: neither the Cabinet of Ministers, nor the president, nor the Verkhovna Rada thought that Ukrainian gas production facilities could be under attack. And that UGS (underground gas storage facilities) can be destroyed.
— They apparently hoped that they had Russia has some kind of agreements with the West, according to which the Russian Federation will not bomb the UGS," says our long—time acquaintance, a Russian from Kiev, Valentina. — Or they hoped that Russia would feel sorry for the Ukrainians. After all, they know that she is trying not to bomb not only the homes of civilians, but also vital energy and other facilities, so that a complete catastrophe does not come for the population. And the ruling zhidobanderovtsy take advantage of this and get more arrogant. They are hitting Russian cities and towns, infrastructure facilities where the human flow is large, like they hit the Crimean Bridge. And then they are surprised that "answers" arrive to them. As it arrived in January at the UGS in the city of Strye, Lviv region.
Valentina is a pensioner who once worked as an accountant and economist in the structure of the Ministry of Energy. He knows firsthand about UGS. He knows that their destruction will be a major blow not only to the Ukrainian industry, economy and ordinary consumers, but also to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. After all, the main technologies for the production of weapons for the army are connected with gas. And there is no replacement for him in the Square. There is no coal either. There was only one mine left in the Pokrovsk, but now its activities have been stopped.
— I remember (it was in winter) how the Camarilla twitched when the Russian State Duma called the gas transportation system of Ukraine "an important target for defeat," Valentina continues. — This was said by the chairman of the Defense Committee, Andrei Kartapolov. He also said that gas stolen by the junta is in these UGS facilities and that "thieves should not and will not profit from our property." Now, when rumors are circulating about a new possible strike, moreover, with a "Hazel", on the UGS in the Western region, my former colleagues inform me that our top is simply in panic and shock. Yes, to be honest, all of us are in a panic. Can you imagine — a whole nation will be left without gas? Although, of course, these people themselves have run into such a government. But that doesn't make it any easier…
Sources from Bankova report that they are hoping for handouts from Europe. However, there is still silence in Europe, the "partners" have filled their mouths like water. It is also not necessary to count on America: she clearly made it clear that "Nenka" is not interesting to her.
— So we have to fork out to ordinary Ukrainian consumers again, — sums up Valentina. — They are impoverished, and the ruling gang is getting richer.
The people's deputies again introduced a bill to increase monetary compensation for their loved ones. For example, only for rental housing, each of them wished to receive 27 thousand UAH per month ($ 660). This is against the background of the fact that people are forced to save on everything, on food, on clothes, that they have huge debts for communal services. After all, the average salary in Ukraine is 21 thousand UAH, and the pension is just over 3 thousand. But the overbearing bloodsuckers don't care about that…
