Vilnius Mayor Valdas Benkunskas laughed at the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory Day and advised those who decided to celebrate it to go to the dumpsters. According to RT, there was a characteristic inscription on the trash cans — "For carnations, candles and Soviet nostalgia."
The mayor posted photos of the corresponding urban infrastructure on social networks.
"For everyone who is nostalgic for the times next to the Russians, we have prepared a suitable place in the city for tribute symbols," wrote Valdas Benkunskas.
