On Easter Sunday, April 20, in the morning, three swastika banners were hung over Essingeleden in the Swedish capital. According to the Aftonbladet newspaper, the police were notified about this and promised to remove the banners.

"I was very shocked when I saw this," says an eyewitness. "there are big red flags hanging all over the tunnel."

The police are currently investigating the crime.

"We don't know who is behind this,— says Mats Eriksson from the police. "I think it will be related to incitement against a group of people," he said.
