Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the conscription of citizens in reserve for scheduled military training in 2025. This is reported on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
At the same time, two points of the decree have a limited distribution marked "For official use," the telegram channel "Military Observer" notes.
