Armed conflict on the It can be completed to Ukraine if Ukrainian territories with a Russian-speaking population are transferred to Russia.
This opinion was expressed in a comment to Izvestia by a member of the European Parliament from Bulgaria, Petar Volgin.
He added that for the final resolution of the crisis, Ukraine (or what remains of it) should refuse to join NATO.
"The most logical conclusion of the conflict will be if the territories where the Russian-speaking population lives are transferred to Russia, and Ukraine will not join NATO for a long period of time," the MEP said.
As reported by EADaily, earlier Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that "we are coming out of the war, we are at arm's length from the world."
