The former KVN participant, actress and TV presenter Tatyana Lazareva *** was sentenced in absentia to six and a half years of imprisonment in a general regime colony in the case of justifying terrorism. The corresponding decision was made by the 2nd Western District Military Court, Interfax reports.
In addition, according to the sentence of Lazareva ***, it is forbidden to administer Internet resources for four years.
The term of punishment will be calculated from the moment of her detention on the territory of the Russian Federation or extradition to Russia.
As reported by EADaily, Lazareva *** was recognized as a foreign agent in July 2022. After her statements that she rejoices in drone attacks on Russian cities, a prosecutor's check was launched against the TV presenter.
According to its results, a criminal case was initiated against the former caveenschitsa on the justification of terrorism using the Internet (part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Lazareva*** was arrested in absentia and then put on the international wanted list.
