The suspect in the attack on the Christmas market in Magdeburg, Taleb Abdulmohsenen, has repeatedly threatened violence on his social networks. This is reported by the telegram channel "Bild in Russian"*.
Before the attack, a native of Saudi Arabia shared hundreds of strange messages on his account in the social network X, TK notes. In particular, he talked about a certain conspiracy of the German authorities against Saudi refugees, but basically it's about hatred of Islam and revenge for the fact that Germany, according to him, wanted to Islamize Europe.
"I assure you: if Germany wants war, we will get it. If Germany wants to kill us, we will kill them, die or go to jail with pride," Abdulmohsenen wrote on August 13 this year.
In May, he said he was going to die this year and "achieve justice at any cost."
"I assure you that 100 percent revenge will come soon. Even if it costs me my life. Germany will have to pay a price. A huge price," Abdulmohsenen wrote in December 2023, but then deleted the post.
TK notes that the man in recent years has often appeared in The media with stories that he lost friends and family because of criticism of Islam.
"Today, my family hates me only because I can't believe that a thief needs to cut off his hand. People like me, who are of Islamic origin, but are no longer believers, do not meet with understanding or tolerance from Muslims here," he said in an interview with FAZ.
