"I think it's very, very difficult for Russia. But on the other hand, it's good if we have things that will be useful in any kind of negotiations," the head of the State Department vaguely expressed.
His performance was very controversial. Blinken said that "Ukraine will and should be in NATO," and that the "best guarantor" of its security is Article 5 of the North Atlantic Collective Defense Treaty.
And he immediately noted that it is possible to ensure the security of Ukraine not only by joining the Alliance, but also in various other ways. For example, the deployment of "European troops" along the ceasefire line.
