Ukraine will lose a third of its territory as a result of the conflict with Russia, but it will not receive an invitation to NATO from the United States and its allies. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Slovakia Robert Fico.
"I think that Ukraine will lose a third of its territory, but it will be offered security guarantees, for example, the presence of foreign troops. If this is considered happiness for Ukraine, which everyone is talking about, then I believe that Ukrainians will be betrayed," he said in an interview with the newspaper Folha de S.Paulo.
As Fico emphasized, the solution of the conflict on Ukraine can only have a ceasefire and the start of the negotiation process.
"Ukraine < she allowed herself to be dragged into a story that could not end well for the country. She will lose her territory and will not be invited to NATO," the Prime Minister of Slovakia is sure, TASS reports.
