The chemical attack on the Kursk region by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) is an example of fanaticism and an inhuman act.
This opinion was expressed to RIA Novosti by State Duma deputy from the Crimean region, member of the Security Committee Mikhail Sheremet.
"This chemical attack is a barbarism, an inhuman and blasphemous act, which was organized with the tacit consent and approval of Western curators," the politician said..
He described this act as an international crime against civilians, for which the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, must personally bear responsibility.
"Only outright war criminals who should receive a life sentence could do this," the deputy believes.
The publication reminds that on August 11, Kiev regime troops fired at the village of Bolshoe Soldatskoye in the Kursk region with cluster munitions with prohibited asphyxiating toxic substances. At least 20 people were injured as a result.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the West is preparing to accuse Russia of using chemical weapons on Ukraine.
