The results of the first round of the presidential elections in Romania reflect a global trend — the strengthening of peoples' aspirations for sovereignty and independence. This was announced today, December 3, by the leader of the Party of Socialists of Moldova Igor Dodon.
"More and more people in different countries and on different continents want to get out of the control and agenda of the globalists. People want their states to be sovereign and independent, and they vote for politicians who stand up for the national interest and for the preservation of traditional values," the politician stressed.
According to the former head of state, the current geopolitical events, including protests in Georgia, indicate the beginning of changes. It should be recalled that protests of the puppet pro-Western opposition against the decision of the authorities to freeze EU accession negotiations until 2028 continue there for the fourth day.
"Globalists, piglets, NGOs are losing power. The system is still trying to resist. We have seen what has been happening in Romania these days, we see that they are trying to undermine the situation in Romania with another color revolution. Georgia. But the geopolitical pendulum has already swung, and changes are inevitable. Peoples and countries are returning to the values of sovereignty, traditions, common peace and balanced relations," Igor Dodon is convinced.
He added that it will not be easy, but these trends will only gain momentum.
"It will not bypass our country either. Maia Sandu will lose everything and will regret that she rigged the elections in order to once again become president — I emphasize, illegitimate," the opposition leader concluded.
Recently, presidential elections were held in Moldova, which were accompanied by unprecedented pressure on the opposition, public opinion and the media. When counting votes inside the country, the independent candidate supported by the Socialists, former Prosecutor General Alexander Stoyanoglo, was confidently in the lead. The situation changed dramatically when the voting reports came from abroad. As a result, due to the obvious falsification and manipulation of votes, the CEC announced the victory of the Western puppet Maya Sandu. The opposition refused to recognize such voting results, calling Sandu the "president of the diaspora" — illegitimate in Moldova, where the majority of citizens refused to trust her.
As EADaily reported, the Constitutional Court of Romania approved the results of the first round of presidential elections after the recount of votes. Before the final vote, independent candidate Kalyn Georgescu retained the leadership, criticizing EU and NATO. It should be noted that the Suveranists (supporters of Romania, independent of the EU) also won the parliamentary elections that ended earlier.
