The Kiev regime amid an acute shortage of electricity on Ukraine urgently requested its additional imports from five nearby countries.
This was announced on Saturday, November 30, by the press service of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
"Imports from Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Moldova with a total volume of 11,747 MW per hour with a maximum capacity of up to 1,165 MW in some hours are projected for the current day," the statement said.
The ministry explained that a sharp drop in generation occurred due to strikes on the Ukrainian energy system on November 28. Then one of the two power lines of the nuclear power plant (NPP) was de-energized.
Against this background, the Ministry of Energy once again urged citizens not to turn on powerful household appliances at the same time and save electricity so that the country's energy system remains in a stable state.
As reported by EADaily, earlier the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced strikes with various weapons on the infrastructure of the AFU airfields and energy facilities.
