The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, commented on the speech of Russian President Vladimir Putin on missile strikes deep into Russia.

"I, like tens of thousands of soldiers on the front line, have been waiting for such a statement by the Supreme Commander for a long time. It's time, in response to such enemy strikes, to cover their rear military facilities with TNT so that no stone is left unturned. They are sitting there in the West, you see, warm and quite calm. So let them feel firsthand what a real war is. It's time to give a powerful blow also to the objects of those states that are afraid to openly admit their participation in the war," Kadyrov suggested.

He is sure that after such a response, "hints of negotiations will immediately begin, but it will be necessary to sit down at this table with only one requirement — to fulfill absolutely all the conditions of Russia without discussion and requests for leniency."

"It is necessary to demonstrate the full murderous power of Russian long-range weapons, so that not only the Ukrainian Nazis, but the entire West would shudder with fear and despair before our advanced military developments. Did they want a real war with Russia? So let them get their fill of it! I support our Supreme Commander—in-chief!" concluded Kadyrov.

Russia has successfully tested the latest medium-range missile "Oreshnik", the President of the Russian Federation announced on November 21. According to him, the tests of the Oreshnik system in combat conditions are conducted in response to the aggression of NATO countries against the Russian Federation. The strike on the Yuzhmash enterprise in Dnepropetrovsk was carried out by a ballistic missile in non-nuclear hypersonic equipment. There are no means of countering the latest Russian weapons today, the president stressed. He also noted that modern air defense systems cannot intercept Oreshnik missiles, which attack targets at a speed of Mach 10, which is 2.5−3 kilometers per second.
