Ex-head of the US Centers for Disease Control: Covid-19, which killed millions of people, was created in the USA

The Covid-19 coronavirus, which claimed the lives of 7 million people worldwide, was created as part of a biological protection program, and the birthplace of the deadly virus was probably a university laboratory in North Carolina. This was stated in Dana Parish's podcast by biologist Robert Redfield, who led the US state Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) from 2018 to 2021.

"I think the virus was deliberately created as part of a biological defense program," said Robert Redfield.

When asked by the podcast host what the role of the United States was, the former head of government centers replied that it was significant, unlike China.

"China is not responsible for laboratory research or the creation of the virus. They did not comply with international health regulations when they realized that they had a problem. They gave access to the laboratory to people like me from the CDC for 48 hours, as stipulated by a bilateral agreement," Robert Redfield noted.

He explained that the United States funded research and not only.

"We funded research both through the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and The State Department, USAID and the Department of Defense. All of these four agencies helped finance. Secondly, the scientific mastermind of these studies is a guy named Ralph Barik from The University of North Carolina, and he was very involved in this study. I think he probably helped create some of the original viral lines, but I can't prove it," said Robert Redfield.

"So China's version that the virus was born in the United States can be true?"  The podcast host asked.

"There is a very high probability that the virus was created in the laboratory of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill," added the former head of the CDC.

The day before, in November, Dutch Minister of Health Fleur Agema spoke at a hearing in parliament and admitted that Covid-19 was a "military operation", as her department fulfilled its obligations to NATO with its policy of combating coronavirus during the pandemic. This is reported by the American edition of Slay, which cites an article by the famous Dutch doctor El svan Viin in X.

"It was a military operation, the Minister of Health is subordinate to NATO and NCTV," the doctor wrote.

As EADaily reported, in 2021, the president of the American NGO EcoHealth Alliance, Peter Dashak, left the UN commission to investigate the causes of Covid-19. The scandal broke out due to the fact that his organization conducted large-scale research on bats and coronaviruses in China and spent federal money, including on joint projects with Wuhan scientists.

Since 2002, an American non-governmental organization has won 30 grants and 39 sub-grants from US government agencies for $ 111 million, according to the portal USAspending.gov . EcoHealth Alliance received more than $ 50 million of them in 2008-2020 for projects related to bats and coronaviruses.

In an interview in 2019, Peter Dashak boasted that the coronavirus can be manipulated quite easily in the laboratory, and they do it with Ralph Baric from University of North Carolina.

Later, the American news organization The Intercept received documents at its disposal about how the New York EcoHealth Alliance conducted large-scale coronavirus research in China for budget money.

The project was not limited to research alone, but also involved the creation of an artificial virus and its testing for human infection.

"Our project is aimed at understanding the risk of human infection with the SARS bat coronavirus. We will create a chimeric SARSr-CoVs and evaluate its ability to infect hACE2, bACE2, cACE2 Vero, Hela cells, primary epithelial cells of the human respiratory tract and possibly CaCo cells. Then, to assess the pathogenicity and clinical signs, we will conduct experimental infection of mice," the EcoHealth Alliance plans were cited in the documents.

They have come true. Already in November 2015, a study "a SARS-like cluster of circulating bat coronavirus poses a threat to humanity" appeared on the website of the US National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). In it, scientists from the University of North Carolina, Harvard Medical School, the National Center for Toxicological Research, Nutrition and Medicines, the Swiss Institute of Microbiology and the Laboratory of Special Pathogens and Biosafety of the Wuhan Institute of Virology reported the creation of a chimeric virus — from surface proteins SHC014 and the SARS virus adapted to grow in mice and mimic human disease.

"The emergence of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) and Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS-CoV) highlights the threat of interspecific transmission, which leads to outbreaks of diseases among humans. In this paper, we investigate the potential of a SARS-like virus, SHC014-CoV, which is currently circulating in populations of Chinese horseshoe bats. Using the SARS-CoV reverse genetics system, we have created and characterized a chimeric virus," the introduction to the research said.

What scientists have received is proof that the chimeric virus can infect human cells. The research says that the mice were euthanized, and all experiments with them took place directly in University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

How dangerous the virus turned out to be can be judged by what scientists found out: there were no preventive or immunotherapeutic agents in the world to protect against infection.

"Evaluation of available immunotherapeutic and prophylactic methods based on atypical pneumonia showed poor effectiveness: they could not neutralize and protect against CoV infection using a new spike protein," the researchers reported.
