The Lebanese Hezbollah had one and a half hundred thousand missiles. However, she did not use them immediately against Israel. The Israeli daily "Kalkalist" studied the reasons.

Military experts told Calcalist that Hezbollah had 150 thousand rockets and shells, and such an arsenal was partly restrained by Israel itself. According to the newspaper, after the start of the Israeli operation, the Lebanese group had only a quarter of the missiles left.

Why didn't Hezbollah release everything at once? "Calcalist" writes that the reason is the limited logistics capabilities, the mobility of installations and the effectiveness of Israeli intelligence and aviation. The group did not make mass volleys, because it did not see the need for this and was preparing for a protracted war.

At the same time, the Israeli army destroyed Hezbollah's logistics infrastructure as much as possible before the start of the Lebanese campaign.
