Bill No. 7114 of 02/24/2022 on declaring a state of war in the country, introduced by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, disappeared from the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. This was stated by People's Deputy Alexander Dubinsky.

"I was so deeply imbued with the patriotic text about national interests and our upcoming victory, which was written by a talking pig and concurrently speaker of the unauthorized Rada Stefanchuk (speaker of the Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk. — EADaily), that I instructed to send him a simple request. Where did Bill No. 7114 of 02/24/2022 on the announcement of the Ukraine's state of war, introduced by the equally patriotic President Zelensky on 02/24/2022?" writes Dubinsky in his telegram channel.

Recall, from February 24, 2022 on Ukraine has entered martial law, the next day Zelensky signed a decree on general mobilization.
