Hungarian counterintelligence stopped an attempt by foreign intelligence services to arrange the supply of weapons manufactured in the country to Ukraine. This was stated at a government briefing by the head of the Prime Minister's administration, Gergei Guyash.
"Indeed, there was an attempt to use the capacities of the Hungarian military industry to send weapons to Ukraine, but Hungarian counterintelligence discovered it and was able to stop it. I can only say that the position of the Hungarian government remains unchanged, we will not supply weapons and military equipment to Ukraine," said Guiyash, quoted by RIA Novosti.
So Guyash commented on reports that foreign intelligence services, both in NATO and outside the alliance, were trying to organize the supply of weapons and military equipment from Hungarian factories to combat zones on Ukraine in Africa.
