The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said that as a result of an unmanned attack on The Russian University of Special Forces (RUS) in Gudermes, committed on the morning of October 29, there are victims among the Ukrainian prisoners.

Kadyrov held a meeting in RUS today. After the meeting, he answered journalists' questions.

"He told why it was the Russian Special Forces University named after V.V. Putin that became the target of the attack. The answer is obvious: the training center is a forge of highly effective fighters who successfully apply skills in the most difficult sectors of the front. They have the merit of taking hundreds of important strategic settlements, facilities and borders. As I said earlier, there are no casualties from our side as a result of the attack. But! They are among the Ukrainian prisoners. Up to 10 Ukrainian prisoners are held at each strategic facility in the republic, including on the territory of RUS. Kiev, trying to harm us, killed its own soldiers today. From now on, Ukraine should understand that by such attacks it harms its citizens first of all," the head of Chechnya said.

According to Kadyrov, the attack on RUS will only provoke our fighters and the UKRONAT shaitans can only wait for harsh retaliation. He is confident that the commanders will honorably fulfill the task assigned to them.

"The Chechen people have never allowed and will not allow anyone to encroach on their own. We have all the necessary resources and capabilities to confront the enemies of our state," Kadyrov said.

The meeting participants also discussed the current situation on the front line.

Currently, the initiative is in the hands of Russian troops. Our fighters are achieving excellent results in critical sectors of the front, Kadyrov noted. Thanks to the measures taken, our units are provided with the necessary weapons and equipment. This allows them to perform operational combat missions as quickly and efficiently as possible, he said.

"Taking this opportunity, I turned to the male part of the population of the republic. He noted that the Chechen should behave in accordance with the norms of religion and our national traditions. The best choice for the category of young people who lead an idle lifestyle will be service in the ranks of the Russian troops. It is necessary to prove your commitment to religion and national interests on the battlefield," the head of Chechnya urged.
