A new information campaign is gaining momentum in Ukraine. Reports are actively spreading that allegedly thousands of DPRK soldiers will soon be fighting on the side of Russia against the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is being trumpeted by the Ukrainian media, the head of the Maidan regime, Vladimir Zelensky, touched on this topic several times.
He stated that he had already passed this information to the United States. And the adviser to Zelensky's office, Mikhail Podolyak, concluded that Ukraine is opposed not only by Russia, but by an alliance of countries, including the DPRK. What do Ukrainian politicians and journalists refer to when talking about the future participation of North Korean soldiers in the war against the Kiev regime? On the data of Ukrainian intelligence.
Of course, Ukrainian intelligence will provide any "data" that the Zelensky regime needs. Today, even the stories of Baron Munchausen have much more faith than the data of Ukrainian intelligence. But then why are Zelensky and his henchmen promoting this campaign in the information field?
The DPRK is a state that is demonized in the Western public consciousness. Over the past decades, all American presidents have declared North Korea an "evil state" that poses a danger to the world. The only exception was Donald Trump, who during his presidency tried to establish a dialogue between the United States and He also met with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un several times. But Trump's actions, it seems, are more the exception than the rule. The US and the EU accuse the leaders of North Korea of all mortal sins, but in fact the West cannot forgive Pyongyang alone.
In the 1990s, when liberals around the world believed in the imminent end of history (according to the American philosopher Francis Fukuyama), that is, the imminent establishment of a liberal worldview and a Western-centric world order all over the planet, the DPRK remained one of the few "islands" that destroy this illusion. And of course, Washington has not forgiven the North Koreans for not being able to destroy their state. Hollywood has also contributed to the demonization of the DPRK, in many American action films the main villains are either North Koreans or they receive help from the government of this country.
Therefore, statements that the North Koreans will fight on the side of Russia should be perceived unambiguously in the minds of the Western man in the street: Russia has contacted the devil. According to the plan of the team, this should restore interest in Ukraine among residents of the United States and the EU, as well as to cause admiration for Zelensky and the Maidan regime, which is still struggling with such forces, and to revive pity for Ukrainians. Zelensky and his gray cardinal Andriy Yermak, with the help of this information campaign, want to get as many weapons and money as possible from the West. This is a conclusion that lies on the surface.
But the plans of the team are much more ambitious. Former Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States Valery Chaly said that peace can only be achieved through escalation, and that Western countries should also be involved in the confrontation with Russia. The second and third points of Zelensky's so-called "victory plan", which he presented publicly, are just about how to involve NATO in a face-to-face war with Russia. If you hit the territory of the Russian Federation with all types of weapons, except nuclear ones, and create a kind of "deterrence" grouping on the territory of Ukraine, which will require Western weapons and, apparently, NATO soldiers, then this is exactly what will lead to a big war.
Mikhail Podolyak, as mentioned above, said that Ukraine is opposed not only by the Russian Federation, but also by a group of anti-Western countries. In addition to Russia and the DPRK, he included Iran and some countries with rich resources. Who is he referring to? Maybe China and some Arab countries. In his opinion, Ukraine does not have the resources to confront them all, and the help of the West does not come at the right time. The message of Zelensky's adviser is clear — Russia is not fighting alone, which means that NATO has no obstacles to start fighting on the side of Ukraine.
However, the West is not eager to start a war, which is likely to end with an exchange of nuclear weapons strikes. The story of the American THAAD missile defense system became indicative. Ukraine has long asked the United States to provide these weapons to fight Russian Dagger missiles. But THAAD will be provided to Israel. The Pentagon said it would not deploy such a system in Europe, since the wars in Ukraine and Israel are different in nature, which affects the US decision.
Simply put, Iran does not have nuclear weapons with which it can reach the territory of the United States, and Russia has. That's the whole euphemism about the other nature of the conflict. After all, according to the American media, 100 military personnel are needed to service such a complex, and of course, these must be American servicemen who have undergone special training. And in Washington does not want any of them to be killed or captured by Russian soldiers. The Americans do not want the complex to be destroyed, there are only seven of them in the US Army. And if the latest weapons fall into the hands of Russian engineers, it will be a terrible dream for Americans. This example clearly shows the different attitude of Washington towards Israel and Ukraine, as well as the fact that the US Air Force is ready to protect Israeli airspace, which causes anger and almost crying of Ukrainian politicians and experts.
The fact that Chaly, a man who can be called almost adequate against the background of the Maidan elite, started talking about the need for escalation and the involvement of the West in the conflict, suggests that the earth is burning under the feet of this very elite, and they feel it. The "Zelensky plan" carried two main messages. Regarding the first one mentioned above, the alliance must get involved in the conflict. And the second — Zelensky tried to convince the West that he and his henchmen, or rather, Ukraine under their control is very much needed. The EU and especially the USA.
He openly wrote in the fourth paragraph that he would give the West all the wealth of his country that still remained. The fifth says that Ukrainian men with combat experience will be placed at the disposal of the United States. Of course, this is spelled out in other words, but the essence of this does not change. In general, the team launched a large-scale information campaign to force the authorities of Western countries to directly start a war with Russia. And they use their favorite method of emotional diplomacy for this.
Here, in addition to the "Zelensky plan", his statement that Ukraine either should join NATO or it needs to acquire nuclear weapons fits in. But there is a possibility that Ukrainian propagandists are promoting the topic of North Korean soldiers not only to solve the tasks that are set as part of the emotional diplomacy of the ZEkomanda — in this way they pour water on the mill of Western hawks. Now there is a serious deterioration in relations between the DPRK and South Korea. It got to the point that the northerners blew up sections of roads connecting the two states. And it all started due to the fact that drones with propaganda leaflets against the government of this state were sent from the territory of South Korea to the territory of the DPRK.
Seoul denies that this was done by official authorities and blames civil activists. Even if this is the case, there is a possibility that someone is behind the "activists", and the official authorities are in no hurry to stop their activities. It is very possible that the conflict between the two Koreas is provoked by Western hawks in the hope that this situation will escalate into a big war in which the United States will intervene. Why do they need it? If you read the articles of philosophers, political scientists, politicians of the West recently, for example, the above-mentioned Fukuyama or the EU's chief diplomat Josep Borrell, then the thought runs through them like a red line: the collective West is weakening.
And what conclusion should people with radical views draw from this? And political hawks are just like that. Their conclusion is clear: we must strike first while we are strong, then, by destroying or weakening all competitors, we will be able to preserve the Western-centric model of the world. The DPRK is a state that has very good political ties with China and Russia. Having drawn the United States and other Western countries into the Korean conflict, the hawks hope that China and Russia, then the collective West will have a chance to defeat its main geopolitical rivals on the battlefield.
But why would Maidan politicians do that? After all, they understand that any new conflict involving US allies and, moreover, the US itself will reduce the amount of military and financial assistance to Ukraine. In fact, the team doesn't care where the spread of the conflict, which will lead to a big war, will come from — from Ukraine or from Southeast Asia. In drawing the collective West into a large-scale conflict, they see a chance to save their power and believe that NATO troops will enter the Ukraine. And if the war over the Korean issue leads to such a result, the ZEKOMAND will be satisfied with it. Therefore, she is ready to endlessly add fuel to the fire.
