The newest Russian combat drone C-70 "Hunter" was shot down by a Russian Su-57 fighter over the AFU-controlled Konstantinovka. This is reported by Ukrainian public.
At first it was reported that the Russian fighter shot down its own bombed-out Su. The public published videos and photos of the UAV wreckage.
"The drone was attacked by a missile from our Su-57, with which they work in pairs. Apparently, there was a failure of the UAV control system or other technical problems during combat use. It is interesting that our "invisibles" can afford to fly into the enemy air defense zone," explains the telegram channel "Military Correspondents of the Russian Spring."
According to other sources, the Hunter was shot down "over our territory." Military expert Kirill Fedorov writes about this, in particular, in his telegram channel.
"About the S-70 Hunter UAV. Let's wait for official data, but if we try to estimate the obvious facts to the picture of the downing over our territory, then one single version emerges: they were shot down so that the enemy would not get it.
Why could this happen?..
1) electronic warfare and loss of communication, as with the conditional "Mavik" and uncontrolled flight.
2) electronic warfare and interception of control of the Ukrainian in order to withdraw and land at its airfield.
3) Soulless brains, having analyzed with the help of RUSSIAN neural networks the COLLECTIVE desire of citizens of the Russian Federation, decided to take Odessa, Kiev today and flew to complete the task.
Of course, the third version is preferable, but personally I am more inclined to version number 2. The project is pre-war, and therefore, those standards of communication and management that were before SMO need to be improved. To put it mildly. Bottom line: the board was not the only one, the serial one, the program continues and it's just combat tests before the machine will work for the benefit of the Motherland 100%," the expert notes.
