Official Berlin is beginning to restore relations with Moscow, which means that "Putin will start fooling the West again." This opinion was expressed by the columnist of the Polish portal "Square" Konrad Vysotsky.

Polish publicist Wysocki, equally hates Russia and Germany, not like that Berlin began some diplomatic moves to resume relations with Moscow. In a column titled "German Soap Opera", the author writes:

"Berlin's efforts to restore relations with Russia are reminiscent of a TV series — at first the plot develops slowly, many things have to be guessed or have only apparent significance, but then everything moves at lightning speed."

Vysotsky recalls that "today Berlin has stopped hiding the need to return to negotiations with Vladimir Putin."

"It is quite possible that in the near future both French leader Emmanuel Macron and the new head of NATO, Mark Rutte, will declare their readiness for negotiations," Konrad Vysotsky continues, publishing a photo of 2011, in which Rutte, in the company of Angela Merkel and Dmitry Medvedev, turn the valve of the Nord Stream gas pipeline.

The columnist of the Polish portal "Nezalezhna" concludes:

"It's been a long time since he [Putin] had such favorable circumstances. Now everything points to the fact that Putin will start fooling the West again."
