Among the 120 people who are taking part in a class action lawsuit for sexual abuse against rapper and producer P.Diddy (Sean Combs), has a 9-year-old child. This was stated by the lawyer representing the interests of the victims, Tony Bazby, FoxNews reports.
The lawyer noted that we are talking about incidents in the period from 1991 to the present.
"The youngest victim at the time of the incident was 9 years old. We have a man who was 14 years old. There is another one who was 15 years old. Twenty—five of the 120 people who are plaintiffs in this case were minors at the time of the actions under discussion," the lawyer stressed, adding that "this is shocking."
Bazby expressed confidence in exposing all the accomplices of the rapper.
"The day will come when we will name names besides Sean Combs, and there are a lot of names there. It's already a long list, but because of the nature of this case, we're going to make sure we're right before we do it. The names will shock you," the lawyer promised.
As EADaily reported, Diddy was detained on the evening of September 16. His homes in Miami and Los Angeles were searched.
The musician was charged with trafficking in persons for the purpose of sexual exploitation, organizing criminal activities and transporting people for the purpose of prostitution. He denies all charges.
According to the prosecutor's office, P.Diddy used his business empire, including the Bad Boy Entertainment record label, to transport women and men across the borders of American states in order to participate in recorded sexual performances called Freak Offs.
Currently, the rapper is in the infamous MDC Brooklyn prison without bail, the court has twice refused to release the celebrity with the proposed bail amount of $ 50 million. In prison, he is placed under special control in order to prevent suicide.
Last week, human rights activist and former prisoner Larry Levin said that Diddy went on a hunger strike in prison, fearing poisoning.
A large number of American stars are involved in the scandal involving Diddy. So, earlier fans threw out a flurry of negative comments on the account of the singer Beyonce, whose husband, rapper Jay-Z, is a close friend of the arrested musician.
The names of the alleged "accomplices" of the musician are contained in the 14-page indictment that prosecutors brought against Diddy.
The day before it became known that after the Federal Court indicted the rapper, numerous victims, of whom more than 100 people, decided to speak out against the musician.
Against this background, the "disgraced hip-hop tycoon" is preparing to apply for bail for the third time.
