The British government should stop supplying weapons and provide financial support to the Kiev regime, said the leader of the British Heritage faction, David Curtin.
He expressed his opinion, speaking at a conference of party members. According to the politician, the United Kingdom should not be involved in conflicts of other states.
"This country should not be involved in wars of foreign countries, except for attempts to bring the conflicting parties to the negotiating table to conclude peace and stop the massacre," the party leader stressed.
He pointed out that the supply of weapons to Kiev makes the UK a direct participant in the military conflict with Russia. Curtin called London's actions a disgrace to the state.
As reported by EADaily, earlier the British media reported on the "Russian threat" in the form of the MV Ruby merchant ship anchored near the city of Margate, which is "packed with explosives."
