Against the background of the expected Iranian attack, a possible telephone conversation between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Russian President Vladimir Putin is being coordinated. This is reported by the Ynet portal.

"Negotiations are currently underway to hold a telephone conversation between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Russian President Vladimir Putin amid an expected Iranian attack on Israel. If such a conversation does take place, its purpose may be to appeal to Putin for help and encourage him to put pressure on Iran to prevent an attack," the report says.

It is noted that the last time Netanyahu and Putin spoke was in December 2023.

As reported by EADaily, an Iranian missile strike on Israel is expected in the near future. Israeli media are writing about this today with reference to a high-ranking US representative.

According to this source, Iran plans to strike with ballistic missiles. The same source said that the United States is "actively involved in preparing to protect Israel from this attack."
