The defendant stated that former Deputy Defense Minister General Dmitry Bulgakov received bribes for imprisonment. JSC "Voentorg" contracts for the supply of dry rations. The mediator, according to him, was businessman Igor Kotelnikov (died in jail, denied his involvement in the case).
