Journalist and TV presenter Vladimir Pozner will return to the air of Channel One with a new project "Turkish Notebook". This was stated by the general director of the broadcaster Konstantin Ernst at the premiere of the new season, according to RBC.

Also, the "Let them Talk" program will reappear on the air with an updated studio, Dmitry Borisov will remain its host.

Both Posner and "Let them Talk" have not appeared on TV screens since February 2022.

As EADaily reported, last week Posner, who stubbornly remained silent for more than 2.5 years, refusing to speak out on topical issues, gave an interview to the Forbes Talk project.

An almost 1.5-hour attempt to somehow understand the mysterious media long-liver consisted of almost half of advertising, and subscribers in the comments wondered why Posner came to this meeting, stating the "next question" every other time, without giving a single specific answer, agreeing in advance with the journalist not to discuss any burning topics, maintaining his image an elderly intellectual who knows how to change his shoes in the air in a couple of seconds.

In the same interview, Posner said that he had made an eight-part film about Turkey and had even handed it over to the channel. The picture was accepted according to all technical parameters, but now CEO Ernst has to decide whether this film will be aired.

The question of the desire to return to Posner called the first channel very heavy.

"And... generally speaking, I dream of it happening. But I don't think that will happen. This is the only answer I can give," said Posner.

After this interview, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Posner "remains a convinced patriot ... with a very strong civic position."

Recall, from the fall of 2008 on The first channel aired the author's program of Posner with the same name "Posner", in which the journalist talked with famous people. After the start of a special military operation on In Ukraine, she went off the air, because "The First Channel has become informational, and will remain so until the end of the so-called special operation," explained the author of the program.

Also on The first was a series of films about Posner's travels with TV presenter Ivan Urgant about the USA, France, Italy, Spain and other countries. The showmen continued this format during the period of television downtime, organizing tours in European countries.
