Kiev's plan to establish peace will be transmitted to Moscow through countries that have an appropriate dialogue with it. This was stated in an interview with the Ukrainian media by Deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Igor Zhovkva.
Such a plan, according to Zhovkva, is being prepared now.
"If the Russian Federation stops speaking the language of the ultimatum and is ready to discuss the elements of such a plan or the whole plan, then yes, we are talking about the fact that there may be representatives of Russia at the second summit," the deputy head of the office said, quoted by Strana.
As EADaily reported, in September, the head of the Kiev regime will present a "victory plan" to US President Joe Biden. This was stated by Vladimir Zelensky.
According to him, there are few points in it, but each requires the approval of the President of the United States.
On the same day, Zelensky said he wanted to hold a second peace summit in November and invite Russia there.
