The Russian Ministry of Defense has released information about the latest terrorist attacks by the Kiev regime on targets on Russian territory using UAVs and naval drones.
The corresponding statement was published on Thursday morning, August 29 on the official resources of the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the military Department.
First, the report says that during the past night, the Kiev regime tried to carry out terrorist attacks using unmanned aerial vehicles on objects on the territory of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
According to the Ministry of Defense, six Ukrainian aircraft-type UAVs were destroyed by air defense systems on duty. Of these, three UAVs were shot down over the territory of the Republic of Crimea, two over the territory of the Bryansk region and one over the territory of the Belgorod region.
Then the department reported that at night from 1.55 to 2.20 Moscow time, an attempt by the Kiev regime to commit a terrorist attack using unmanned boats was thwarted.
"Three unmanned boats traveling in the direction of the Crimean Peninsula were destroyed by fire weapons on duty in the Black Sea," the military Ministry reported.
Earlier, EADaily reported that a civilian was injured in the Belgorod region during an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. A man with a traumatic brain injury, barotrauma and a shrapnel wound of the lower leg was taken to hospital No. 2 in Belgorod.
