French legendary film actor Alain Delon has died. This is reported by the French media.
"The French actor, born on November 8, 1935, died on August 18 at the age of 88. His evil angel beauty and feline presence revolutionized cinema in the films of Clement, Melville and Visconti. You could say he was ready for this. Alain Delon died so many times on the screen that it must have seemed like the last take. God, who is a bad screenwriter, said, "Stop!“Delon didn't get up. He will no longer hold the helm of the Plein Soleil ketch. He will no longer drown Maurice Ronet in the "Pishin". He will no longer collapse in front of Katie Rozier in a nightclub run by Jean-Pierre Melville. Today he is freed from the war waged by his children Anthony, Alain-Fabien and Anushka, unfolding their quarrel in a dramatic media-court melodrama unworthy of the star who was their father," writes Le Figaro.
Alain Delon is well known and loved in Russia. He is known for such films as "Zorro", "Samurai", "Rocco and his brothers" and many others. For decades, he was considered a sex symbol.
Five years ago, the actor had a stroke. His condition caused proceedings between family members. The youngest son Alain-Fabien wrote to the prosecutor's office a complaint against his younger sister Anushka and accused her of allegedly abusing her father's weakness. At the same time, Hiromi Rollin, who was the actor's companion, complained to the prosecutor's office that Alain Delon's children were trying to deliberately kill their father. Earlier, Anthony's son wrote in his autobiography, in which he said that his father was asking for euthanasia if he was in a coma.
